Personal Coaching

Do you feel like you’re stuck? Or like you’re standing on the edge of a cliff…?

You spend time, and money, on your hair, nails, going to the gym, eating healthily.

But how much time do you spend really THINKING about you?

Who you are, what you want, where you’d like to be in your life,

or just being OK with who you are?

We rarely decide to sit down and think. To stop, sit down and think for ourselves,

especially with someone paying attention to us expertly, is worth the time it takes. It returns time to us many fold."

Working at home

Why choose Personal Coaching?

There is ‘stuff’ that gets us down daily. You know the kind of thing; juggling kids, stroppy

teenagers, ageing parents, pre-wedding nerves, relationship niggles, divorce, kids leaving

home, money worries… But we can’t, or won’t, talk about it - especially with the people closest to us.

They might get angry or upset, judge or try to fix it. So, we keep a ‘lid on it’ on it.

The issue simmers in our heads, until we reach boiling point and stress explodes like an overflowing saucepan!

Perhaps you’re a little sceptical about ‘mindfulness’ - it’s all too ‘woo- woo’ (I feel a bit the same way!) - and that you don’t need counselling or ‘fixing’!

But, to keep physically fit and healthy, we know that we need to take regular exercise.

In the same way, looking after your mental health needs proactivity.

Perhaps you could think of coaching as a ‘mind gym’ where your coach is your personal

mental fitness trainer. A safe space where you can give your thinking a ‘work out’ and build

your self-awareness, self-esteem, confidence and resilience.
